It's very comforting for me and I hope it's for you too. - Try to listen to soft music and hug your pillow or a stuffed animal like Nova and I hope you're asleep soon. I know Caramel always helps me sleep a good night and makes me feel safe. -Reading a book would clear up some night stress. - Try to get rid of your phone because the bright electronic light on the screen usually bothers us and affects the way we sleep. -You think and sleepy feelings; create a quiet environment around you. If there's a lot of background noise, you could put on the papills I gave you and play soft music, or not play music at all, put them in your ears to tune the noises of your home. Turn off the extra lights that bother you, make sure your room is dark. If your room is too hot or too cold, go make a tinker with the temperature and change it to make it comfortable. - If you've been lying in bed and it seems completely impossible to sleep, then you could get up and take a slow walk around your house. Maybe this gets you completely tired and unrolls and finally lets you sleep. - Have a hot tea or something to calm down. It's another one of my tricks. Tea has a powerful effect on me, and I usually drink something before going to bed every day. - Sometimes for me, a hot shower really helps. But the water has to be absolutely hot, and as the light in the bathroom bothers my eyes, I turn them off but I place a pretty bright candle so I can see what I'm doing.
